So updating is currently my reward for finishing another chapter in my CIS105 class... which is suuuuuper easy, but a TON of reading. The professor is sooo sweet and very understanding... though he asks questions in class and then seems to not fully approve of any of the answers lol not in a mean way, but more of a surprised way. One girl in class talks and comments on everything lol and the older guy behind me is annoyed and laughs at her the whole time under his breath... lol its actually pretty funny cause you'll hear her go "Ohhhhhh I see!" and then him go "grunt" haha
Heart and blood pressure stuff has been terrible this week, but I refuse to go into the hospital cause I have too much other stuff to do... so it's just waiting it out now. Working at abercrombie was unfortunately part of the problem - too much manual labor (which I didn't apply for) for my heart to take and it's really been tiring me out. So today, I had to call and quit after finding a replacement for my shifts. In addition, I turned down a job that I interviewed for this week... They really needed someone 5 days a week next semester, but I can really only give them 2... the lady was soooo nice though and sent me the kindest letter saying thank you for the honesty, it was lovely to meet, and wishing me the best.
Grampy is also in the hospital as of today for internal bleeding... I'm pretty much just talking about anything I can to not think of the situation right now... at home waiting for news because I can only go see him in the hospital if it's...time. Otherwise, I am supposed to wait so I don't catch anything there that would make my heart stuff worse.
After my interview earlier this week, I went out to a car show that Don attended at that I helped coordinate marketing materials for... which he did not have running as he should have (the dvd I put together, etc). Hopefully the next one will go better, but it is too bad about this one - it was a week long and there were many perspective clients there that he could have grabbed. The location was interesting though ~ a HUGE, and I mean HUGE, upscale hotel in Glendale... it made me desperately miss being on vacation in California.
Also missing my friends who are out of town, but the blogs and pictures are helping to feel connected... I guess I should find some photos for here too, huh?
Here's some new stuff I've gotten recently:
